Before you lift a weight, we learn how you move. Every client begins with a comprehensive assessment covering strength, mobility, balance, coordination, body composition, and lifestyle factors. This gives us a clear picture of where you are so we can build a program that fits where you want to go.

No cookie-cutter programs. Your plan is built from your assessment results and adjusted as you progress. Sessions are available in 30- or 60-minute formats, and scheduling is flexible to fit your life.
